I've finally taken the pictures for that meme I posted two weeks ago.

I'm not big on shoes, so I guess these are my "favorites." I never bothered to tie my old shoes, ever, so I finally hunted down a pair of the kind that don't have laces. xD I found them at Famous (I hate that stupid slogan but it's the truth -_-).



The infamous new laptop I still haven't paid for...

At the moment I don't really have a favorite place, so I just went with my computer area, which is where I do my writing when I write at home. Behold the messiness! xD It's even more cluttered than usual right now since I'm working on a craft project right next to my desk. And now everyone can see the answer to one of the questions on the me-quiz that seemed to be stumping everyone. Yes, I'm just that dorky. ;)

They're printouts of my reviews. ^^;;;; Everything that was said about my complete stories as of early last year when I printed them is up there. At the center is some fanart of Chiba Naru that someone sent me. It's my Wall of Ego, for motivation.

Ah, I take it back. The Aria's Ink reviews aren't up there, just ASMR and FF.net and some emails. None of AAO's reviews are up there, either. I need to reprint these things in smaller text so I can fit more...

Wow I'm a loser xD I know it's lame, but my fanfics are one of my few sources of pride in life. I don't have sports trophies or academic awards to display, so...

No, no! That's awesome! I lost all of my reviews back in 02 when my hotmail crashed. I wish I'd have saved them. What a great idea. A lot of the motivation in fan fiction writing for me is the reviews at the end of it. The feedback and the reaction that someone gives when you rwite a good story.

It was why I always preferred theatre over film. I can see audience reactions while i'm up on stage. I can hear their intakes of breath in my moments of tension. It's magical and most of your energy comes from the energy of the audience. With film it's just a cold, dank room and that little red light beeping in your face. I hate that.

It's always nice for an artist to get feedback. :D
