Hello :)

This is my blog, where I post updates on my various projects of all kinds and generally ramble. As far as I know, I'm the only Dejana in fandom. If you've run into a Dejana anywhere online since 1996, that was probably me. (Please do say hi if you know me from some old website of yore!)

If you're trying to get a fast message to me that's not directly related to any of my recent entries, you can comment on this post. Anonymous commenting is enabled. Likewise, if you're friending me and want to tell me who you are so I can friend you back, this is the post to shout from. Please don't be offended if I don't friend you back right away. I just like to get to know people a bit first. Almost all of my entries are public anyway.

ETA 1/2/09: I made a friends cut and removed a lot of idle journals. If you're coming back from a long absence and find I've defriended you, I'd be happy to add you back, just let me know. :)

ETA 5/10/10: I'm not as active in online fandom as I used to be. I'm still here now and then, add me if you like, but there won't be many posts. If you know me (and I mean really know me), you can ask me for my Facebook info.

Depending on what's going on I think we're going to be through with this host. I hope they come back online at some point though, since I recently started being lazy and relying on the host's automatic database backups instead of making my own. o_o;; I have all the source files etc, but the actual data... not so much. Um.

The green made more sense once I'd logged in and could see the bunny on the hill, but as a guest, it was UBER-GREEN for no apparent reason. Should've made the toolbar a different color. >.o

Well, hopefully. There's been more trouble with the library than I had anticipated, so that's why it's taking so long. I do have a backup plan, though, so I can promise there will be something there, the whole thing won't disappear for good. :)

I have most of the episodes downloaded from when they were new and readily available on BitTorrent. I'm not sure how to find them that way now. You can get DVDs on eBay, but they're bootlegs, and the subs might be really bad. This last time when I watched the series I watched bootleg DVDs, and I recently found out I'm going to have to totally redo a fanfic I wrote because the bootleg subs gave me the wrong impression of a character. x_x I found the Special Act on Veoh, but I don't know if the other episodes are on there.

hahaha yeah I have yu yu hakusho dvds from ebay and they get all the character names wrong. I know someone used to copy the ryuusei subs onto dvd but I think they stopped...its such a great show and I hate that its impossible to find! thanks for the tips though

Hee, that's kind of a random comment, since I've had this post up with this title for at least a year now. ^^; But thanks, I really love this song. It's actually a bit of a problem since it was the song playing when I went off the road two winters ago x_x but I can listen to it sometimes without getting flashbacks, heh.
