Today is my Friday! After 6 PM I'm off until Monday evening, and wow, am I looking forward to the time off. I'm having dinner with my dad and my sister tonight, and then tomorrow programming all day (x_x) and then Friday I'm having lunch with my friend Amanda (the RENT-fan friend mentioned a while back if you remember) whom I hardly ever see for a late gift exchange. And then a free weekend! Woo! :D
I've decided to forget waiting for AAO to be done before I post anything new. It could be months before it's finished, and I have two, soon to be three, perfectly good one-shots rusting away on my flash drive. I need to remind people that I'm still around and still writing new stuff. I'm setting a goal of finishing the one-shot side story for AAO, and posting that ASAP, and then posting the other short stories every couple of weeks or so after that. With a total of four stories, that's two months worth of new things to post. I had planned to wait until AAO was done so I would have lots of things ready while I worked on a new multi-chapter, but I don't want to wait anymore. So ha. :3
The side story is lengthy and still slow-going however, I'm afraid, so I can't even estimate when it'll be finished. -_- That's the last holdup, though.
And you've probably all read this already in my MJ, but I really like this little scene and I want to move it over here for random visitors to see. It is part of a longer story but it's on the back burner for now.
