Make it a package deal. Ask your e-migos to come to Detour and help with the party, and use the crash space as an incentive. Not having to do all the work of the party means you'll have time to spend shooting video and time to spend with your friends as well. [livejournal.com profile] jamestrainor managed to do that this year, although granted he wasn't running a room party, but he managed to do shifts in gaming and still show his friends a good time at the con.
